Technical Support

Technical assistance is provided by the BridgeWave Technical Support team during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, Pacific Time. BridgeWave support engineers are skilled at answering installation, alignment, maintenance, and configuration questions, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing link failures. The BridgeWave support team has access to resources across the entire company, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Network Architecture and, if necessary, will pull these groups together to ensure the problem is resolved.

Premier Support

Peace of mind comes from knowing that your BridgeWave system will be serviced promptly by our factory trained engineers. There are times however that you want the added protection of knowing that you can contact one of our specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. BridgeWave’s Premier Support program is a service and support plan that offers the utmost level of support to BridgeWave’s customers. The Premier Support program provides for on-going support of BridgeWave supplied hardware and software during the contracted period on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis. Providing our customers with the highest level of service helps to ensure peace of mind that the network will continue to provide many years of trouble free service.

Extended Warranties and Next Day Replacement

Because BridgeWave understands that a single level of warranty support does not meet the needs of all customers, we offer an extended warranty to extend the original factory warranty and add next day parts replacement in a single economical package.
